For her talk and demonstration to the Lechlade Art Society, Cath arrived with a very impressive range of equipment, including microscopes so members could view her insect slides. She showed some completed work, featuring birds and insects, and talked about the composition and pictorial arrangement which she uses in her pictures. Cath  showed work that was underway and described proposed future development.

This was a very competent and professional demonstration that encompassed pictorial arrangement using a range of drawing materials in a specialist area of art and design.
